grillBecause Grilling Is A 12 Month Sport!!!

From the first time Neanderthals slapped mammoth meat to an open fire, humans have been hooked on the heavenly art known as grilling. From the sweet char marks to the crust on a perfectly grilled steak, no broiler can even come close to matching the intensity of flavors that a grill produces.

With the discovery of vegetables and the invention of dessert, grilling has increased in popularity and diversified its options. No one piece of cooking equipment can claim to level the playing field that the grill can. From five star chefs grilling calamari to the average home griller charring up some burgers, it all tastes good. Cooks have even learned how to turn negatives into positives from grilling – ever heard of “blackened chicken”?

From ham steaks in the spring, corn on the cob in the summer, grilled turkey legs in the fall, and steaks in the winter; grilling is a sport that can be enjoyed 12 months of the year. Anyways, snow is just the salt of the angels.
