From five star chefs grilling calamari to the average home griller charring up some burgers, it all tastes good. Cooks have even learned how to turn negatives into positives from grilling – ever heard of “blackened chicken”?

From ham steaks in the spring, corn on the cob in the summer, grilled turkey legs in the fall, and steaks in the winter; grilling is a sport that can be enjoyed 12 months of the year. Anyways, snow is just the salt of the angels.
