The Grand Yeti’s Philosophy on Grilling & Cooking:

One of the best things about cooking and grilling is the ability to take recipes and adapt them to your tastes. I look at recipes as only starting ideas, each open to change or adaptation.

I have found myself continuously being able to adapt one or two ideas into numerous new ones. By changing, subtracting, or adding one or two new ingredients to a recipe you open up the possibilities of what the outcome is.
